Michael Carlson is a shareholder in the firm, where he focuses on counseling businesses ranging from start-ups to well-established companies, including several wineries, growers and vineyard managers. His practice covers a range of areas, including business, commercial and real estate transactions and disputes as well as employment matters. Mr. Carlson joined the firm in 1996 and has the experience as both outside and in-house counsel, serving as General Counsel to a privately held company where he managed all legal affairs.
Mike was raised in Santa Rosa (fourth generation) and enjoys all outdoor activities, especially skiing, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife, Heather, and kids Ryan and Annika.
