John Holdredge joined the firm in 1992. He is a shareholder in the firm, and his practice focuses on representing business owners in both litigation and commercial transactional matters. A significant portion of his professional time involves vineyard and winery matters, and in that capacity he is counsel to many wineries, winegrowers, vineyard managers and winery equipment manufacturers and suppliers in the Northern California wine country. In addition, he represents owners of other types of businesses in "day to day" business formation and operation matters. John "cut his teeth" as a lawyer working with insurance companies, and still enjoys working with that industry. Mr. Holdredge is also the co-owner and winemaker for Holdredge Wines, a boutique winery in Healdsburg, CA, specializing in Pinot Noir. Outside of the office, John can be often found working in the winery or coaching one of his two children's many sports teams.
